Great vintage tan leather evening bag, clutch by the French designer Louis Féraud. Long removable strap. Closes with push button. Vinyl lining. 1 pocket and small zippered one.

Louis Féraud, 1921 - 1999, was a world famous French fashion designer and artist. In 1950 he created his first 'Maison de Couture' in Cannes and by 1955 had established a couture house in Paris. From the mid fifties, he was dressing the Parision elite and designed the wardrobe of Brigitte Bardot for many of her movies! In 1958 he presented his first haute couture collection in Paris.... and he remained one of the leading fashion designers in the eighties and nineties....
